To build a winning culture, I focus on mentoring, inspiring, and growing the capabilities of every individual on my team. I help increase collaboration between disciplines via workshops, collaborative weekly discussions, and shifting workplace processes and shifting the ever changing needs of work.

I make sure I spend equal time with EVERY person on my team, no matter how Sr. or Jr. ever player contributes equally. I love having a diverse team, in UX the more Lens you have the better designs you will have!
