To build a winning culture, I focus on mentoring, inspiring, and growing the capabilities of every individual on my team. I help increase collaboration between disciplines via workshops, collaborative weekly discussions, and shifting workplace processes and shifting the ever changing needs of work.


Building bi-directional trust is paramount in todays remote environment. I work with my teams to make sure they know:

I make sure I spend equal time with EVERY person on my team, no matter how Sr. or Jr. ever player contributes equally. I love having a diverse team, in UX the more Lens you have the better designs you will have!

I make sure the team has a clear understanding of its objectives and what it aims to achieve. This clarity guides the team's efforts and helps in prioritizing tasks.

Strong Leadership

I focus on effective leadership to guide the team, make strategic decisions, and provide support and motivation. I believe a good leader should also foster a sense of ownership and accountability among team members.

Trust and Respect

That storng leadership leads to high levels of trust and mutual respect between leadership and among team members enabling a positive working environment where individuals feel valued, have a voice, and supported.

Continuous Improvement

I work hard to build exceptional teams by committing to learning and growth. I regularly reflect on their performance, seek feedback, and are proactive in developing their skills and processes. I offer mentoring, or find a mentor for my team.
